On 6th August 2024 Sri Vivek Srivastava, IPS, DG Fire Services, Homeguards and Civil Defence, MHA paid a visit to Bihar Civil Defence Training Institute (CDTI), Bihta, Patna. He addressed the trainees of the 9th refresher course and witnessed a mock demonstration by the trainees. He interacted with the resource persons of the CDTI and inspected the campus facilities and planted a sapling in the campus. During the visit Dr Kamal Kishore Singh, IPS, DG civil defence, Bihar and SP cum incharge of CDTI and under secretary of Bihar civil defence directorate were present.
